Open Bartr on your phone, go to the Vendor screen, and tap Web access to create a key. Scanning its QR code opens this page already connected.

The key stays in this tab unless you tick that box. Either way, Disconnect clears it from this machine.

What this page is

The vendor desk shows the stock your phone has published, on a bigger screen. It is gated by a web access key that only the Bartr app can create, so nothing here is public and there is no account to make.

  1. Open Vendor Desk in the Bartr app on your phone.
  2. Turn on Web access. The app creates a key and a QR code for it.
  3. Scan that QR code, or copy the key and paste it in the field above.

Working a show from here

  • Mark sold at the table. Tap Sold the moment money changes hands. Your public list updates the next time you open Bartr on your phone.
  • Share availability. Share list hands out a QR code and a link to that public list. It keeps itself current as you sell.
  • Your phone confirms. Everything typed here is queued, never applied. The app checks it against your real inventory on its next open and tells you if something did not stick.
  • Reprice a run in one pass. Select, pick the cards, then move every ask by a percent at once.
  • Print a sheet for the table. Control P or Command P gives you a plain page of whichever tab you are on, with the card, its set and number, the grade and the ask. It uses what this page already holds, so it works with no signal.
